are easier to 'change' it represents no talent. Just about anyone can change text. That is why there are so many fakers out there. Maybe you should give them a test when you meet with them. Something like ask them to write out an image link on a piece of paper that will display an image and take you to Youtube in a new window when clicked. If they cannot do that, they are what coders call 'script kiddies'. Know the skill you are paying for, and remember if the price is too good to believe. They may not be able to deliver.
